Regional Manager - Social Care

Defour Partnership is working closely with an award winning National Social Care Charity, we are recruiting for a Regional Manager across Stockport in their North West Region. Your Role The successful candidate will be the registered manager for their geographical patch and provide leadership to 7 Service Leaders who have responsibility for 15 Services across Stockport. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of a number of Services ensuring compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements. As part of the Leadership Team, you will contribute to the formulation of the organisation’s business planning process with overall responsibility for the implementation of the business plan within your allocated services. Evidence of continuing professional development Medication L3 Training Deep understanding of person-centred care Full UK Driving Licence Experience Working to CI/ CQC Regulations + inspection processes.
