As a Senior Nurse, you will: Maintain high standards of patient care in line with operational policies. Enhance customer service and satisfaction for service users. Promote and safeguard the well-being of patients, employees, and consultants. Act as an advocate for junior team members and deputise for senior staff when needed. Provide individualised patient care and advocate for patient safeguarding.
