As a Nurse Unit Lead you will:
- Head up a specialist unit providing strong organisation and supervision to clinical and non-clinical staff
- Deliver clinical care to residents based on their individual care plans
- Liaise with management within the home to ensure outstanding delivery of care
- Manage staffing and skill mix to ensure optimum levels of care
The ideal Nurse Unit Lead will have:
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN
- Experience leading a clinical team and supervising others
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A commitment to high-quality care and team development
- A flexible, can-do attitude and fine-tuned decision-making skills
