Hybrid Nurse/Physiotherapist/Paramedic
Monday - Friday - 5 Days - 37.5hrs
4 days - 30 hours
or
3 days Part time hours - 24 minimum
Salary - £37,800 per annum

As a Hybrid Clinician you will triage patients and provide detailed case reports for the DWP, working within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) of Allied Health Professionals (AHPs).

Responsibilities:
· Conduct a combination of file-work and face-to-face assessments of customers regarding various benefits, providing detailed reports to the DWP. File-work involves reviewing medical evidence in written or electronic format to determine the necessity of a face-to-face assessment. Assessments focus on how disabilities impact customers' daily work-related activities.
· Utilize IT software programs to support clinical decision-making during file-work and examinations.
· Provide comprehensive reports to enable DWP Decision Makers to make informed benefit claim decisions.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years' acute clinical experience
· Broad-based clinical experience in an acute setting
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· A positive, empathetic, and professional manner
· Strong computer and IT skills
· Right to work in the UK
· Ability to work autonomously and as part of a targeted team
· Adaptability and flexibility under pressure
