Area Manager | Private & NHS Dentists SouthamptonSalary circa £40,000 - £50,000 per annum plus bonuses Are you an experienced commercial manager with a passion for dentistry? Are you a creative and proactive individual with a track record of growing and developing private patient referrals? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of mixed dentistry based in and around London and the South of England. This role is an opportunity to join a well-established business and help drive their growth and expansion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting your portfolio of practices to achieve financial and commercial targets, with the aim of increasing private patient referrals and profitability. You will work closely with the Managing Director to ensure that the clinic's services are marketed effectively and that the quality of service is maintained at all times. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business management - experience in the dentistry is preferred. You will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills. You will possess a strong business acumen and be able to think strategically and creatively.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of circa £40,000pa - £50,000pa, depending on experience, and a hybrid working pattern. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking business and make a real difference. The role will involve travelling across the South of England and the right candidate must be commutable across Southampton, Portsmouth, Chichester and surrounding areas!
