Clinical Nurse Trainer - Herts - £40,000 Position: Clinical Nurse Trainer Location: North Hertfordshire Salary: £39k and £5,500 Car Allowance Hours: 37.5 hours (Monday - Friday) An exclusive and rare opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Trainer to work for a highly reputable service based in North Hertfordshire, who's ethos of delivering the highest quality professional and personal care is paramount. Our client is an outstanding hospice that supports clients with life limiting illnesses to live pain-free in their own home or within their in-patient unit. As a clinical trainer, your responsibilities will focus on the design and delivery of training, interventions of clinical staff, working alongside the learning and development team to improve patient services. The role involves; • Develop and deliver training programmes • Work with clinical managers to carry out clinical assessments • Take on clinical shifts to maintain own competency and skills • Provide emotional support to clinical colleagues • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures Qualifications/Requirements: • Active nursing PIN - RGN/RMN/RNLD • Experience within Elderly and Dementia care • Minimum two years' experience in a similar role • Coaching qualification (desirable) • Experience in presentation of training programmes • Up to date knowledge of all legislative and regulatory industry standards • Good attention to detail If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please call Fiona at Amber Mace on (phone number removed), or send your up to date CV to fiona at Amber Mace
