We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in overseeing the operations of a care home. The ideal candidate will have experience in dementia care, with strong leadership skills to manage and supervise staff effectively. Provide leadership and direction to staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Championing Resident Care: Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care, including medication administration and adherence to care plans. Excellence in Operations: Collaborate with the Manager to maintain regulatory compliance and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home facility. Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents. Supervise and train care staff on best practices. Commitment to Quality: Maintain accurate records and foster continuous improvement by regularly evaluating care and implementing changes. Proven experience in healthcare - Dementia care or Senior care. Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices. NVQ Level 3 or above in Leadership and Management in Adult Care.
