A leading organisation in the field of patient handling care, they sell reliable and durable equipment designed to meet the specific needs of healthcare professionals in hospitals, long-term care facilities and home healthcare settings.
THE ROLE: The successful candidate will be field based, tasked with winning new business and building relationships with key clinical contact within NHS and private hospitals. You'll be targeting manual handling/patient handling teams, procurement (key), theatre staff, tissue viability nurses and infection control contacts.
The sales cycle is quick! You will have access to almost all hospital departments, it is up to you to identify key decision makers across the site. This is a solution sales role, you aren't selling on price. Improving patient safety and patient outcomes is the focus. You'll be working in an autonomous role with great earning potential!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ideally 2-3 years hospital sales experience OR
- Candidates with relevant clinical backgrounds and commercial mindset OR
- B2B salesperson looking to break into medical
- Full driving licence
- Presenting sales performance figures on CV will enhance your application
The Package!
- Basic: £35,000 - £40,000 (Around £35K for no sales experience)
- Commission: £15,000 - 20,000 uncapped! Paid monthly
- Car: £625 per month allowance
