As a Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD), your responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality, safe nursing care in compliance with the NMC Code.
Coordinating care, leading comprehensive nursing assessments, and evaluating person-centred care.
Supervising junior staff and students, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.
Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment and keeping accurate records.

The ideal Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) will have:
An active NMC PIN and be a registered nurse.

Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
