Are you a practice manager or HRVN with management experience and a track record in the industry? This could be the role for you Our independent client is looking for an experienced hospital manager to join their highly skilled team in a prestigious central London location. The practice offers CT, state of the art equipment and referral level GP colleagues. This highly skilled team hold quarterly reviews to look at all aspects the clinic's progression - there's no 'once a year' feedback - they truly value their managers immensely and go above and beyond to keep their management team supported from the very top. This vet team is highly skilled with cert holders in various disciplines and an army of RVN’s and experienced support and service teams to support the hospital’s commitment to excellent patient care. You will have experience in getting the best performance from veterinary teams from Vets through to Reception and be open to new ideas and guidance as well as introducing your own effective fixes to enhance the smooth running of this flag ship site. The right candidate will be familiar with rota set ups for both day and night teams, you will be confident n clinical meeting arrangements, complaint handling (both clinical and service) and be able to effectively delegate to your team. This position comes with a raft of benefits and very competitive salary of up to £60,000, depending on experience.
