About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with dental professionals and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets within your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including specialist Dentists, Hygienists, PM'S, TCO'S & Nurses.
  • Educate dental professionals on the product portfolio and demonstrate product benefits.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and practice visits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer enquiries and concerns.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the wider sales & marketing teams.
  • Attend regular industry events and conferences.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record within dental sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's licence.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales territory management.
  • Knowledge of dental products and procedures.
