Registered Manager - Children's Care Home

You’ll be working full-time, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with some extra hours as needed. You should have a Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young Person’s Workforce or equivalent, at least three years of experience working with children and young people in a residential setting (including two years at a senior level), and a full UK driving licence. Strong communication skills, resilience, and a good understanding of child development and current legislation are a must. Experience in a therapeutic setting and holding a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or Level 4 Registered Manager Award are a bonus.
