Job Title: Staff Nurse Salary: £19.74 per hour Location: North Belfast Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Healthcare New Staff Nurse position just opened in North Belfast This Staff Nurse role requires candidates to deliver quality dementia care and general nursing duties. Working within a medium-sized facility which is built for purpose. This home is truly a gorgeous home! I believe a successful candidate should have at least 1 years experience as a nurse or 6 months experience in nursing homes specifically. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate all unique care delivered to this homes residents. Ensure that all residents receive the care outlined in their unique care plans. Administer medication as prescribed, with proper monitoring procedures being followed. Monitor residents after administering medication for any normal, positive or negative effects of the drug/s. Ensure the safe storage and control of all stock drugs, making sure to prevent overstocking or out of date drugs. Adhere to all company policies and procedures To liaise with residents, staff, GPs, and other multi-disciplinary team members to promote quality care.
