Location: St Albans AL3
Role: Two Part-Time Positions (16-20 hours weekly)

Hourly Pay: £13.50-£14

Operating hours Monday & Thursday 9am-8pm Tuesday and Wednesdays 9am-5pm Fridays 9am-4:30pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm

Role Overview:

In this role, you will support our experienced general and specialist dentists, learning a wide range of dental procedures while providing exceptional patient care. If youre eager to advance in your dental career and thrive in a collaborative environment, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare patients for their appointments, ensuring their comfort and readiness.
Assist with infection control by sterilising instruments, setting up trays, and preparing materials.
Support dentists and dental hygienists during various procedures and handle dental emergencies as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and offer clear instructions on oral health and post-operative care.
Manage dental equipment, order supplies, and keep inventory organised.
Learn and perform procedures such as taking alginate impressions, ITero scans, and radiographs (training will be provided if necessary).

Ideal Candidate:

Holds proof of an accredited dental nurse programme.
Proficient in dental software and computer systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional attitude with a strong commitment to patient care.
Motivated to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
