About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week during day shifts. You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent patient care in line with individual care plans. Administer medications, perform clinical assessments, and monitor patient conditions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. Support, mentor, and supervise healthcare assistants and junior staff. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, addressing concerns and providing updates. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and health and safety standards. Participate in care planning, handovers, and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Experience: Registered Nurse (RN) with a current NMC registration. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high standards of patient care. Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
