Requirements: Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager within a care home setting. A valid Nursing PIN or management qualifications (NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent). Strong understanding of CQC regulations and the ability to ensure compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Passion for delivering person-centred care with compassion and empathy.
