The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management ideally within a healthcare setting and experience working with medium to high-end customers. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of our Elevate, proactive health concierge program, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently. Client Coordination:  Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing their schedules, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience.Team Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and external partners to coordinate all elements of the program.Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, and ensure that program milestones are met on schedule.Process Optimisation: Continuously assess and improve program workflows to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.Quality Control: Monitor the quality of services provided, ensuring all assessments meet the highest standards expected by our clients.Budget Management: Manage the program budget, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on program performance, customer satisfaction, and key metrics to inform decision-making.Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns and providing a premium, personalised service.Qualifications:Proven experience in program or project management, preferably within a healthcare or luxury service setting.Strong background working with medium to high-end customers, with an understanding of their expectations and service standards.Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and workflows.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance is an advantage.Why Join Us?Work with a dynamic and dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality, personalised healthcare services.Opportunity to make a significant impact on a premium health program.Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional development and growth opportunities.
