Position Details: * Job Title: Practice Nurse. * Job Type: Full time or part-time flexible hours available. * Location: Bath * Hourly rate: £27 - £35 * Team: They have a large team, including GP partners, Salaried GPs, Pharmacists, ANPs, a Paramedic, Practice nurses, HCAs and a phlebotomist which are supported by an invaluable admin and reception team. * System: Emis Web * Parking: On site * Hours: (Apply online only) Duties: * Chronic Disease Management * Asthma Clinic * Diabetes Clinic * Some treatment room duties * Child immunisation - Tuesday Mornings About You: * NMC Registration with experience working in primary care. * General Practice Nurse experience in treatment room duties. * Excellent communication skills, effective time management, ability to work autonomously and as a team member. * Polite, confident, motivated, problem solver with high levels of integrity and loyalty.
