About the job Care Assistant / Support Worker - Wallington My client an award-winning care company support young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in the local community. Their goal is to support young adults in the local community to have a happy and valuable life experience... and for the team to have passion for the work they do.Due to extra workload we are looking for a Support Worker to join their team based around Wallington, Surrey.In this position, you will support one of the clients, enabling them to reclaim their lives, promote their independence, supporting them to develop and achieve their goals and empower them to plan for their future. All the clients supported have individual personalities and skillsets albeit with a range of neurological disorders and complex needs, you will support them with a wide range of activities on a daily basis rather than the traditional task focused care service other providers offer.
