Job Title: Community Psychiatric Nurse – Older Adult Team Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Older Adult Team in High Wycombe. The role offers flexibility in working hours with weekday shifts and optional weekend work. Key Responsibilities * You will provide mental health assessments, care planning, and interventions for older adults in the community, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate care. * Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated support and tailored care plans for older adult patients. * The role is Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work either 9:00-17:00 or 8:00-16:00, with weekend shifts available.
