We work with our service users to tailor care to support their exact requirements, no matter how unique their circumstances are. We provide holistic support from professionals our clients can trust, whether it is temporary post-operative support, or a loved one requiring long-term palliative care in their own home, our team works with clients to create a care service tailored to their needs.Everyday you will... Deal with queries from our healthcare clients and candidates in a timely and professional manner always having a customer centric approach. Creating monthly rotas for home care patients, managing carers and Nurses to fill the rota with as much coverage as possible. Utilise internal databases to ensure rota and shift fulfilment using a proactive approach and communicating with external agencies when required.
