If you are looking for an opportunity where you can put your customer serviceskills into practice and make a serious difference on business growth within a marketing leading, fast-growing and award-winning global business- then look no further!As a Private Care Coordinator,you will be working alongside your team to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and healthcare workers.Utilising your customer service experience, you will be responsible for completing team rotas and engaging with clients and care staff to ensure that the care delivered is of the highest standard.Ellea Nursing provides bespoke premium private care nationwide who are self funded clients . We work with our service users to tailor care to support their exact requirements, no matter how unique their circumstances are. We provide holistic support from professionals our clients can trust, whether it is temporary post-operative support, or a loved one requiring long-term palliative care in their own home, our team works with clients to create a care service tailored to their needs.Everyday you will... Deal with queries from our healthcare clients and candidates in a timely and professional manner always having a customer centric approach. Creating monthly rotas for home care patients, managing carers and Nurses to fill the rota with as much coverage as possible. Utilise internal databases to ensure rota and shift fulfilment using a proactive approach and communicating with external agencies when required.
