We value our staff and invest in their ongoing training and development to ensure that they become the best in their field.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Care Home Manager at Bandrum Nursing Home Limited in Dunfermline. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing specialist care to our residents and ensuring continuity of care. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing and leading a team of care professionals, overseeing resident care plans, coordinating and implementing care services, maintaining a safe and supportive environment, liaising with residents' families and healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.QualificationsExperience in managing and leading a team in a care home settingIn-depth knowledge of elderly care, including physical and mental health conditionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work well under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of regulatory requirements and standards in the care home industryProficiency in computer systems and software used in care home managementUnderstanding of financial management and budgeting in a care home settingRelevant qualifications in health and social care, nursing, or a related field
