About the Team:
The Veterinary and Animal Science team at Scotland's Rural College (SRUC) is composed of experienced academics and practitioners. Our modern animal care facilities will let you get hands-on with a wide range of species as well as working with our friendly team of experienced staff including veterinary nurses and animal care specialists.
The Opportunity:
SRUC are looking to welcome an experienced Animal Care Instructor to our Barony campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing our Animal Care and Veterinary Nursing students, alongside maintaining the welfare of the animals on our on-site animal centre. Dependent on experience, the successful candidate would also be responsible for the care and welfare of the horses kept at the Equine Facility on site.

Minimum Qualifications:
Applications are invited from Animal Care professionals qualified to HNC level or equivalent in Animal Care (SCQF level 7).

This role is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route. If you are a migrant worker you will need to ensure you have an appropriate visa to evidence the necessary right to work in the UK.
