Female Live in Care Assistant   Start your new career today as a LIVE IN CARER!   As a first-class home care provider based in Sevenoaks, our Client requires Live in Carers to join them to provide exemplary care throughout the area.   As a Live-In Carer, you will change someone's life for the better. They will match you with a customer to live in their home, where you will provide all aspects of personal and domestic care, build key relationships and provide companionship. This role is both fulfilling and challenging, as you'll live in the customer's home and work independently, with scheduled breaks during periods when your services are not needed. Respect and uphold each customer's choices, promoting their dignity at all times. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, their families, and other health and social care professionals. Adhere to house rules and respect the customer's privacy. Your Daily Contributions: Provide personal care, including showering, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care. Manage medications effectively, including ordering and returning prescriptions. Assist with meal planning, preparation, and serving to ensure proper nutrition. Use aids and personal equipment safely, respecting the dignity of customers. Perform tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and general tidying. Engage customers in social, physical, and mental activities to enrich their lives. Support customers through temporary and terminal illness, including end-of-life care and hospital appointments. Recording and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of care provided, changes in customers' conditions, and any concerns. Promptly report emergencies, accidents, incidents, and safeguarding issues. Ensure all customer information is kept secure and confidential.  Work Well with the Team: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidance at all times.
