Clinical Nurse Specialist(Adult Community Hospice @ Home team)Salary: £ 43,804 - £ 46,852 (37.5 Hours)           £26,282 - £ 28, 129 (22.5 Hours)Location: ellenor Hospice, Northfleet (DA11 7HQ)Hours: Full-Time 37.5 hours per week and Part-Time 22.5 hours per week.(Flexible working within the community with a minimum of 1 day per week in our hospice.)ellenor is a charity and a specialist palliative care provider for adults and children in Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley, and for children across the London Borough of Bexley.  The Organisation has In-patient, Community, Wellbeing and therapeutic services at Northfleet.We are looking for two qualified Clinical Nurse Specialists to join our busy community team in the Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley (DSG) area. In this role, you'll support junior staff and work with patients and their families. You will also collaborate with other professionals in the area, helping to strengthen teamwork and care.
