We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive growth within these sectors.


Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key accounts in telecom, banking, insurance, and healthcare. You will ensure client satisfaction, identify new opportunities for growth, and act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering tailored IT solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key accounts in telecom, banking, insurance, and healthcare sectors, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Axpe’s services (AI, cloud, data analytics, ServiceNow) to existing clients.
  • Project Management: Oversee the delivery of solutions, ensuring that projects align with client expectations.
  • Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Contract Renewals: Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring long-term client relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on account performance, project status, and client feedback.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management within telecom, banking, insurance, or healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of AI, cloud solutions, data analytics, and ServiceNow.
  • Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
