We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our clients healthcare marketing agency. In this role, you will leverage data to develop strategies that promote our healthcare clients' products and services in a B2B setting.
About the Role: As a Data Scientist at our clients healthcare marketing agency, you will be instrumental in analysing and interpreting complex healthcare data sets to create data-driven marketing strategies. This role focuses on utilising data science techniques to understand and optimise healthcare marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with various teams to design and implement solutions that effectively promote healthcare products and services to other businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse healthcare data sets to derive insights that inform marketing strategies for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.
- Develop and deploy advanced data analysis methods to enhance healthcare marketing efforts.
- Serve as a bridge between technical and marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Innovate and develop new methodologies to solve real-world marketing challenges in the healthcare sector.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science and healthcare marketing technologies.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in data science, supported by proven industry experience or education. Ideally this will be within a healthcare marketing background
- Demonstrated experience in analysing and interpreting complex data sets.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively bridge technical and marketing teams, with a client-facing approach.
Benefits:
- Salary between £40,000 - £60,000
- Annual bonus of around 10%
- 33 holidays per year, rising to 36 after 2 years

- Hybrid working model with 3 days remote and 2 days in the office
