Are you a Mental Health Nurse with leadership experience and a passion for developing others? We areseeking aSenior Mental Health Nurse to work for the largest provider of Mental Health carein the UK.
The role is based in South West Londonand gives the opportunity to work across a number of settings, providing variation to your day to day duties. The Senior Mental Health Nursepositionoffers an attractive salary of £45,000 per annum, with a welcome bonus of £5,000 and yearly bonus of £1,000.
As a Senior RMN, your duties will include:

• Delivering high-quality, service userfocused care
• Participating in the development of new services and care pathways
• Leading, supervising and mentoring the nursing team
• Engaging in continuous quality improvement within your service

The successfulcandidate will be an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC PIN. You will need:

• The ability to develop others to a high standard
• A positive, can do attitude
• A commitment to quality care

You will receive an excellent salary of £45,000 per annum, alongside a benefits package which includes a £5,000 welcome bonus and £1,000 annual bonus.
