Main duties of the jobThe successful candidate will bewill need to be a good team player, with excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative and prioritise your work effectively. Must have phlebotomy training or willing to complete the training upon appointment.Primary responsibilitiesSupporting clients/service users in maintaining their health and wellbeing,Taking physical (including blood tests)or psychological measurements from named clients/service users as delegated by the team;Supporting clients/service users in maintaining their health and wellbeing;Undertaking specified and delegated clinical and therapeutic activities;Under the supervision of healthcare professionals assist the healthcare team with the planning, organising and provision of clinical care;Ensuring high standards are maintained in a safe environment, which promotes equality and sensitivity for all individuals;Assisting Registered Professionals in the implementation and evaluation of individualised care plans;Accurately recording patient information; andProvide support and supervision to other colleagues and learners as appropriateTo demonstrate the Trusts values in everything you do in the work environmentWork autonomously and be a car driver and owner.
