Registered Care Manager

Our client based in Surrey are currently looking for an experienced care manager. To manage and grow an effective and efficient home care service within a defined geographic region, through a team of suitable, qualified and supported staff. Key Responsibilities: * To ensure the provision of high quality care services to vulnerable people living in their own home * To manage and deploy teams of Care Workers who provide care and support to vulnerable adults * To ensure consistent application of the company’s policies, procedures and approved practice and to promote the aims of the company * To participate in and contribute to the strategic management of the company. * To ensure all statutory obligations are fully met * To meet and exceed all financial/growth targets Mango Solutions are acting as the employment agency on behalf of our client
