We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Care Team as a Home Carer for morning calls. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.Location: We provide care and support calls mainly to clients in the Cheltenham area.Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparationProvide companionship and emotional supportEnsure clients' safety and well-being at all timesDocument and report any changes in clients' health or behaviourHourly wage: - £12.70 per hour (Mon-Fri) £14.70 per hour (Weekends) + enhancements for Bank holidaysTravel allowance: - 40p per mile (From home to first call and onwards, then back home)Hours available:We are currently looking for candidates whom can be available;Hours available to suit your availability between 07.00am - 14.00pmAll of our carers must have every other weekend availabilityYou will require transport as we deliver care out in the communityWhy Work for Windrush Care?Permanent contracted hours availableOnline training (learn at your own speed in the comfort of your sofa)Face to face training - Moving and Handling, Medication, Safeguarding and Emergency First AidSpecialist training and staff development are key goals for Windrush Care, access to specific training including Dementia, Palliative Care and Parkinson's etc throughout your employment.Opportunity to complete QCF Level 2-5 in Adult Health and Social Care after 6 months of continued employment. (Dependent on role)Access to all training certificates after 6 months of continued employment at no cost to you.Paid holidays and Enhanced bank holiday ratesMonthly payOn-call support 7 days a week, 24 hours a day + Supportive office team - open door policy.Free DBS checkFree uniform and PPEPaid shadow shiftsFestive company events - who doesn't like a party?Ongoing support from our care management team whom are always at hand, even if it's just for a chatClear and concise pay scales.... with nothing hidden.
