Job Title: Care Co-Ordinator (RMN/OT/Social Worker) – Mental Health Team Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for 2 Care Co-Ordinators to join the mental health team in Cambridge. The role offers full-time hours, with some agile working considered. Key Responsibilities * Act as a care co-ordinator, providing leadership and supporting others to ensure full assessments of individual care needs are conducted, with care plans implemented and regularly reviewed. * Deputise for the Team Leader across a range of management responsibilities, including performance reviews of junior staff. * Promote effective teamwork across the service, ensuring that the Care Programme Approach (CPA) and the Mental Health Act are adhered to at all times. * Serve as a role model within the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to clients. Position Details: * Location: Cambridge (Agile working considered) * Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 * Contract Duration: 6 months (until permanent recruitment is completed) * Rate: £26.55 per hour * Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available Requirements: * Qualified RMN, OT, or Social Worker with experience in care co-ordination and mental health * Enhanced DBS required (working with adults) * Leadership skills and experience in adhering to CPA and the Mental Health Act How to Apply: If you have the relevant experience for this role, please click 'Apply Now' to submit your CV
