Located in the city centre of Canterbury, our dental practice has been providing care to the local community for over 20 years. We are a modern, fully private practice offering a wide range of dental treatments, including orthodontics, endodontics, and dental implants.
Duties:
As a Trainee Dental Assistant, you will support the dental team and ensure the smooth operation of our practice. Your key responsibilities will include:
Preparing fillings and other materials Providing support and reassurance to patients Sterilising instruments Processing dental x-rays Tidying and cleaning the dental surgery Recording information about patients Advising patients on oral hygiene Carrying out stock control Experience and Personal Attributes:
Essential:
Interest in dentistry Team player Compassionate Passion for oral hygiene Desirable:
Proof of vaccination for hepatitis B (first dose)
Working Hours:
Full-time: 08:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday, every other Saturday Part-time: 09:30am - 1:30pm Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday Opening Times:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm Wednesday: 8:00am - 6:00pm Saturday: 10:00am - 2:00pm (by appointment only) Sunday: Closed Benefits:
