About the Role * Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. * Administering medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders. * Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories. * Performing diagnostic tests and analyzing results to provide accurate patient assessments. * Assisting with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers. * Educating patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and preventive healthcare practices. * Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective and coordinated patient care. * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. * Adhering to legal, ethical, and professional nursing standards.
