You will provide essential support according to individualised care plans, assisting with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, and supporting with medication. Your role will also include practical tasks like preparing meals, helping with housework, and ensuring a safe living environment post-discharge. Qualifications What you’ll need You don’t need previous social care experience for this role; we’re looking for compassionate individuals who have a desire to care.
