Registered Care Home Manager

Our client is a CQC registered home for up to 20 adults with physical disabilities & acquired brain injury (ABI). the home has a current CQC rating of 'Good' and they are committed to supporting residents on their pathway to independence.
About the role:

• Develop and maintain working relationships across the board.
• Safely lead the service through the effective management of team in liaison with Area Manager.
• Oversee financial performance of home & manage budget.
• Responsible for health & safety of the home.
• Working hours 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri - no on-call!

Skills & experience:

• Proven track record of working in a managerial role, ideally in a similar setting.
• Experience of working to CQC guidelines & regulations.
• NVQ/Diploma level 5 in health & social care or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate well at all levels, take a hand-on approach & remain calm under pressure.
• Work in a personalised manor to maximise opportunities for personal development of staff & service users alike.
