Care Manager - Domiciliary Care (Permanent)

We are looking for a strong leader to support the registered manager in ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies. The role involves safeguarding and promoting the welfare and development of the individuals we care for, as well as ensuring the home meets their needs. Responsibilities include assisting in admissions, monitoring performance, conducting supervisions, and more. Work towards positive outcomes for the individuals we care for. Monitor performance, manage the team, and conduct supervisions, probations, appraisals, and meetings. A minimum of 1-year experience working as a deputy manager or a strong team leader, NVQ Level 3/4 in Health and Social Care, and a driving licence. Experience leading teams to support individuals with autism, mental health, forensic background, and other challenges. Understanding of trauma-informed care and positive behavior support.
