Youll work closely with our field service team and contribute to KPIs that measure response time, issue resolution, and client satisfaction. Listen to customers and understand their needs, ensuring positive interactions. Articulate issues clearly and provide calm, helpful resolutions. The ideal candidate profile: Competent IT and computer skills. Sharp attention to detail and the ability to think logically. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
