Residential Care Registered Manager Nottingham Learning Disabilities and Complex Care Salary to 40k Our client is a private care provider looking to appoint a Registered Manager to support the team in a residential care setting for adults with learning disabilities and autism in Nottingham. We are interested in speaking to candidates with extensive experience of managing services for adults with learning disabilities and highly complex needs, with well-honed people leadership skills, and the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders such as CQC and CCG’s, at all levels, Offering an exceptional standard of care and support across all their homes, this is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, caring business aiming for outstanding results throughout. You will be operationally visible on a daily basis supporting your teams to deliver consistently high standards of quality care and support. You will also be a key member of the senior leadership team, supporting the passionate and ambitious owners to continue with their drive to be the go-to provider of support in the region. You will hold Health and Social Care Level 5 and posses a full driving license as this is a multi-site role. You will also hold CQC registration for the region.
