The Client:
Harmonic are delighted to partner on an exclusive basis with one of the most successful agencies in the world on their search for a Business Director. You will join and run an established team of nine whilst working on their flagship account.
Over the last 5 years, this division have made a huge impact in the world of pharma advertising, in both EMEA and US, owning some of the most valuable accounts and running the biggest clients the industry has to offer.
Role:
This agency is searching for a Business Director to act as key client liaison and support their strategic direction. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery for a main pharmaceutical account which works on a global scale whilst managing a team of nine. There is huge scope to grow and progress through this team, as there is continued new business wins and ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a lead point of contact for a major global account
- Project management of campaigns from planning through to delivery
- Confidently understand and drive account growth and profitability
- Troubleshooting and identifying problems
- Lead on client facing meetings and updates
- Understand the health & pharma target audience
- Support on new business pitching
- Overseeing the strategy and direction of
- Lead and develop the team, inspiring, motivating and driving performance
What we need to see (Essential):
- Experience working with health and pharmaceuticals accounts (not consumer!)
- Proactive attitude and ambition
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- In depth understanding and knowledge of your client’s business, and participation in long-term business planning
- A master of developing and nurturing relationships - both internally and externally
Location: London
Salary: up to £95,000 - £105,000
