This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the service. As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager by taking responsibility for key areas of service provision and, in their absence, managing the overall service. This includes providing, managing, and coordinating support for residents.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of budget management, the ability to manage staff rotas, and experience leading a team.
