Job description We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service users. By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you'll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for our service user in the Stoke on Trent area. In your role, you will provide essential person-centred care to our service users and assist them to participate in their favourite hobbies and activities. Additionally, you'll provide support during both daytime and night time routines, offering companionship, staying attentive and responsive, and promptly tending to their care needs as they arise. Pay Rates: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour Approx. £180 - £216 (per 12-hour day shift) Approx. £186 - £216 (per 12-hour night shift) Shifts Available: Full Time & Part Time Days & Nights 12-hour shifts Essential Requirements 3 months previous care experience Personal Care Moving and Handling Medication Administration Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently Please note, our service user has specifically requested female staff for their team.
