Shifts as follows:Mon to Fri 8am to 8pm - £12 per hour Nights & All Weekend 8pm to 8am - £12 per hour As a Care assistant, you would be required to -• Give a high standard of support to our clients.• Delivering individual support plans.• Providing emotional and behavioural support.• Work well as part of a team.. Providing excellent care and support to residents. Assisting residents in all aspects of their care needs, e.g. physical, emotional and spiritual. Providing support and guidance to family members. Engaging in day-to-day activities and providing companionship to residents. Maintaining good communication and developing effective working relationships with other team members. To be considered for the Care assistant role you will need to have the following. • ***6 months paid UK care experience***• SVQ 2 would be an advantage but not essential.• Be open minded, flexible, resilient, ambitious & hardworking..
