Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses and injuries. Prescribe medications as appropriate and provide health education to patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care. Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with regulatory standards. Qualifications: Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration. Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification. Experience in urgent care, primary care, or a similar setting.
