Research DirectorRemoteUp to £80,000 + bonus Identify Solutions are searching for a Research Director for a leading primary market research-based consultancy who specialise in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. They work the top 20 pharma companies to design and deliver research solutions from early pipeline product development through to product launch. Their insights and inspire commercial decision making. The role will be working with clients on a global basis with a particular focus on Europe. As a business most of the projects they work on are hybrid (qual and quant) but the ideal candidate will be quant focused covering complex quant work such as demand research, opportunity assessments, fixed TPP approaches or conjoint approaches, segmentation, market exploration, landscaping, patient pathways. This is a hands on role where you will be the lead on all aspects of the project lifecycle of multiple clients at the same time, as well as actively developing commercial accounts, designing client proposals, and working closely with the Senior Management Team to achieve business and financial objectives Ideally you will haveProven experience working within a market research agency, specialising in pharma or healthcare at Associate Director or above, and a real passion to continue in this areaA strong emphasis on quant research methodologies In return you can expectSalary up to £80,000Bonus up to £12,000 per annumThis is a fully remote roleCompany equipment providedFree-gym membership (based at our office)Health insurance Pension benefitsProgression opportunities based in your career goalsClick on the link to apply today
