Nursery Nurse

Nursery Nurse We are working with an independent day nursery who are currently looking for a Nursery Nurse for their nursery setting in Old Street, London. The successful candidate will need to hold a level 2/3, CACHE, EYE or recognised equivalent childcare qualification, you will also ideally have a minimum of 6 months nursery setting experience, being able to demonstrate a clear understanding of both the EYFS framework and key worker practices. Nursery Nurse - Position Details Your role will include: * Supporting and extending children’s learning, development and educational outcomes * Organising and overseeing the planning, implementation and provision of activities * Carrying out observations and evaluations * Planning and providing next steps to support children’s development You will ideally have: * A level 2 or level 3 Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioners qualification * An understanding of the EYFS and key worker systems * An understanding of health and safety requirements * Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills What you can expect: * Guidance and support to develop in your childcare career * A starting salary of £12.00 - £14.50, negotiable depending on level * A range of employee benefits * Free DBS and renewal * Generous holiday allowance To apply to this Nursery Nurse position please submit your CV using the apply link
