Mental Health Nurse

Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) – Memory Assessment Service Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Memory Assessment Service (MAS) in Morecambe. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities * As a member of the multi-disciplinary Memory Assessment Service team, you will independently assess, plan, consult, and formulate diagnoses for patients. * You will use your specialist knowledge in dementia treatment strategies and interventions, ensuring the highest quality of care for patients. * Make referrals within the service or to other services/agencies as necessary, and confidently identify risk factors, taking appropriate action. * Facilitate communication between GPs, LCFT services, and non-statutory agencies to ensure integrated care. * Provide mentoring and clinical supervision to other staff members and trainees on placement. * Support the team manager in delivering leadership within the MAS team, ensuring effective assessment, formulation, and care planning for patients and their carers. * Position Details: * Location: Morecambe, Lancashire * Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week * Contract Duration: 3 months * Weekday Rate: £26.00 per hour * Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available * Requirements: * Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with experience in dementia care * Proficient in risk management, care planning, and multi-disciplinary team collaboration How to Apply: If you have the relevant experience for this role, please click 'Apply Now' to submit your CV
