Qualified Dental Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are looking for a Full time Qualified Dental Nurse to join our private practice in Beaumont Street. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual who is a team player, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Role includes: * Assisting dentists in carrying out dental procedures * Caring and supporting patients in their needs * Providing advice to patients, providing aftercare help, and aiding patients in regular dental services. * Decontamination and sterilisation of instruments and clinical areas * Maintaining logs * Assisting in maintenance, auditing and compliance checks * Learning and development portfolio and subject to regular appraisals * Taking part in regular team meetings * Maintaining premises, equipment and surfaces in a clean, safe hygienic environment * Maintaining patient confidentiality * Maintaining efficiencies within the practice * Abiding by all legislations and practice policies *What skills do you need?* * Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with colleagues, clinical professionals, customers and management. * Initiative to continually improve * Good decontamination and cross-infection awareness.
