Part Time, 22.5 hours per week on a two-week rolling rota - 3 posts available New Treetops provides residential respite for adults with learning and physical disabilities and complex needs. If you like working as part of a team, dealing with new challenges and enjoy helping people to learn new skills, we would like to hear from you. You will need to provide care and support to service users with differing levels of need and dependency. The role requires that the support worker delivers care in a sensitive and person-centred way, placing the Service User at the forefront of the care given. The care and support will be varied, ranging from moderate forms of support through to complex and detailed care pathways, requiring well developed skills. All support workers are expected to work in a unified and flexible manner to deliver excellent quality services which will include providing support with personal care, medication and general household duties. Post holders will be expected to participate fully in compiling and reviewing service user support plans, moving and handling plans, risk assessments and other related documentation involved in the service users care needs. This role requires you to work a shift pattern that may cover weekdays and weekends. Please note we do not sponsor Visa’s for this post. UK Right to Work is required.
