Key responsibilities for the Care Operations Coordinator: Efficiently manage new referrals and produce rosters that ensure safe and timely care for clients Collaborate with doctors, social workers and other professionals to coordinate client care Help recruit and retain staff by highlighting the benefits of joining the team Serve as the main point of contact for both new and existing clients, as well as the Care Team Address and resolve any complaints, incidents and safeguarding promptly Support the care team through regular check ins, feedback and performance evaluations Ensure the organisation meets Care Quality Commission and company standards Participate in the on call schedule - 1 week in 3 Entering and updating data onto the system Requirements for the Care Coordinator: Full valid UK driving licence Experience working within a similar position within the care industry Level 3 Health and Social Care (Preferred) Knowledge of care sector systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships Strong organisational skills and proactive problem solver Calm and reactive under pressure Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Additional Information: A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the nature of the role Refer a friend and earn a retail voucher worth up to £500!
